This is an interactive web-based dashboard application built using Python and several Python packages for data analysis and visualization. In this app, Dash is utilized as the main library, along with several other libraries including Pandas, GeoPandas, Matplotlib, and Plotly.

The application includes a map, descriptive statistics table, and various types of graphs for data visualization, such as histograms, scatter plots, box plots, heatmaps, and ternary diagrams. To facilitate navigation, each item is separated into different tabs.

The data used in the application can be pulled from an RDBMS database or existing Excel or CSV files. By using radio buttons and checkboxes, users can easily filter the data to be displayed interactively.
